With the acquisition – the 2nd carried out by Mundo Verde in a period of ten months – Mundo Verde will expand its portfolio of natural products and will now market Aloha products in its more than 400 stores throughout the country, in addition to e-commerce www. .mundoverde.com.br and www.natue.com.br, belonging to the brand.

Aloha, in just over two years of existence, has formed a network of 10,000 consultants, who market their products through direct sales throughout Brazil. The company works with five main lines: essential oils, facial, fragrances, personal care and nutrition.

For Carlos Wizard Martins, founder of Ahoha, along with his daughters Priscila Martins and Thaís Martins, the deal will be beneficial to both brands: “The distribution force of Mundo Verde will complement the work being done by Aloha consultants and will make branded products reach even more consumers. “

Charles Martins, CEO of Mundo Verde, believes that the business has the potential to make Aloha grow tenfold in the next five years, reaching revenues of R $ 200 million. “The acquisition of Aloha is another strategic move made by the network to expand its product portfolio and distribution channels.”

In late 2018, the network acquired Natue, Brazil’s largest e-commerce platform for natural products, with revenues of R $ 18 million in 2017.
