The new Clariant´s CCIC – Customer Service Innovation Center – was opened yesterday in New Providence, New Jersey, USA, giving you unprecedented access to many important customers and players located in the New York-New Jersey metropolitan area. At the inauguration, customers and the press were introduced to the company’s latest waterless product prototypes, a new approach to their personal care products (facial cleanser, SPF 30 sunscreen, nourishing night cream, shampoo and conditioner) within the ReMagine concept, single dose and waterless.

The facility is 1,333 square meters, with state-of-the-art spaces such as a demonstration room, a high-tech claims and applications lab, a test center where lab results can be correlated with actual consumer-perceive testing, and a space of collaboration for interactive and creative thinking.

The idea is for the Center to provide opportunities for Clariant’s scientific, marketing and technical experts to help customers meet consumer demands and lifestyle-driven trends.
