In line with Coty‘s Powering Our Beauty Growth strategy, Ariadne Oliveira is Coty’s new VP of Marketing for Latin America, with a mission to lead a new area in the company, dedicated to business in the region.
Her responsibilities that will include strategically defining and strategizing marketing activities in Latin American markets, including campaigns, channel strategies and pricing. Ariadne will be based in São Paulo and will be challenged to expand and intensify the potential of Coty’s brands in the region.
With around 20 years of experience in the field, Ariadne has had a track record in major consumer goods multinationals, such as Reckitt-Benckiser, Danone, Kraft Foods, Colgate Palmolive and, more recently, Nestlé where he led the Marketing Brazil for the children category. Ariadne has strong P & L management skills – focused on profitable growth; and managing global categories with multiple achievements. Highlight for projects focused on the development of new opportunities, global innovation, strategic alignment of competitive prices, with plans of impressive reductions, for example, that even won the Kraft President Award for positive performance.
Ariadne holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV, and also specializes in CEAG / FGV.
