Coty Brasil now has Ricardo Gil Rios as the new executive director of HR. Professional with characteristics extremely aligned with Coty’s purpose and values, such as teamwork skills (Winning for the team); protagonism (Own it, drive it), disruptive thinking and entrepreneurial vision (Think like an start up). Rios will have among its main challenges to consolidate the organizational culture of Coty, one of the three largest beauty companies in the world.
Rios has a background in Brazil Foods, where he worked from 2015 to 2018. He was director of Global Operations & Supply Chain conducting a strategic HR agenda. It had under its leadership 800 professionals that served approximately 80 thousand employees, in 35 manufacturing units; besides leading globally the Health and Safety division; of Trade Union Relations in Brazil (dealing with approximately 80 unions) and still handling Talent Management. In 2017 he took on another challenge: to be the company’s global leader in the field of Organizational Development and Talent, based in São Paulo (SP).
Previously, he worked for 18 years at Procter & Gamble (P & G) in different areas and functions. Ricardo graduated in Chemical Engineering from Unicamp Campinas and has several specializations in business administration and human resources management, which formed the knowledge base allied with the robust experience acquired in his professional life.
