The founder of the Stella & Dot Family of Brands, (Stella & Dot, Keep Collective and Ever Skin), Jessica DiLullo Herrin, an American citizen, graduated in economics from Stanford University, joins the Board of Directors of Natura & Co, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Stella & Dot is a group of brands of accessories and cosmetics that allows women to create a flexible social selling business opportunity in a independent way.

At age 24, Herrin co-founded the wedding site. She started Stella & Dot while she was pregnant and had another full-time job. From there, the business grew to a family of three brands in six countries.
