Johnson & Johnson announces Patrícia Queijo as the new Director of Human Resources for the Consumer division in Brazil. The executive will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies, aligned with business priorities and integrated talent attraction, development and retention agenda. In addition, it will play a key role in consolidating a more agile, collaborative, and high-performing culture.

Patricia has a solid career built in large companies, with local, regional and global performance in human resources. In his previous position, he served as Regional Talent Head for the southern region of Latin America. The executive also had passages in generalist functions and human resources specialists and acted in different countries like Germany, Argentina and Chile.

Graduated in Business Administration from PUC-SP, with an exchange at Friedrich-Alexander-Univesität in Germany, and two MBAs, one in Finance and Investor Relations from FIPECAFI and another in People and Organizations from Adolfo Ibáñez University in Chile.
