Unilever announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Hourglass, the luxury colour cosmetics brand.
Founded in 2004 by veteran beauty industry, Carisa Janes, Hourglass is known for innovation, luxury packaging and exceptional product experience. It is recognized for its innovative formulations and technology. The distinctive brand profile has guaranteed consumers loyalty.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close in Q3 2017, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
